Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Process orders, accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding matters
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
