Job Description
Location: Remote
Duration: 2 months
Contract Type: W2 only
Pay Rate: $22.07/Hour
Responsibilities
- Track shipments on carrier websites and update systems with status.
- Email client’s Customer Service regarding shipments requiring additional information (valid address, contact info)
- Process freight claims and follow up with carriers on claim status.
- Prepare and publish reports.
- Communicate with warehouse on invalid Tracking Numbers.
- Communicate with warehouse on open orders.
- Respond to internal customers with order updates
Required Skills:
- Strong computer skills including extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- Data entry experience
- High Level of attention to detail
- Prioritizes work activities; plans and stays organized
- Comfortable communicating with internal customers and vendors by email and phone
Education: Some college courses
