Shift: 7:00am to 4:00pm

Primary Function:
- Assist (2) General Managers over Hobby Lobby's Transportation department
- Proven on the job admin or assistant experience
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work flow
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs with emphasis on Excel
- Assist with extensive data entry
- Manage a high volume of phone calls in a professional manner
- An understanding of current DOT rules and regulations is a plus
Job Description - Requirements
- Strong computer skills are required
- Demonstrate proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs with emphasis on Excel
- Strong typing, editing, and proofreading skills are required
- Ability to accurately follow direction and manage a high level of productivity
- Ability to track and assist management work flow as needed
