SalaryAs our Transplant Financial Coordinator , you will provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and families. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining accurate financial approvals for patients and ensuring that adequate compensation resources are available for transplant procedures. Your contribution will play a crucial part in ensuring that patients receive the necessary financial support for their transplant journey.
To thrive in this role, you should have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Your outstanding public relations and interpersonal skills will be crucial in maintaining supportive and collaborative relationships with caregivers, patients, families, sponsors, and team members. Additionally, your self-motivation will enable you to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility.
While prior healthcare experience is advantageous , it is not a mandatory requirement for this role. We are committed to providing comprehensive training on our industry-leading technology and equipping you with the necessary knowledge of medical terminology to excel in your responsibilities. Here’s What You Can Expect
You will counsel transplant patients on financial considerations throughout their care experience .
You will review benefit requirements and start author ization, pre-certifications, and/or pre-determinations for treatments.
You will i nteract with transplant clinical staff and patients to obtain patient demographics to begin the insurance verification process .
You will help resolve any issues related to the patient’s insurance coverage.
