The Transitional Math Instructor will be responsible for serving students that are enrolled at Alamance Community College through the College and Career Readiness Program.
Example of DutiesResponsibilities include;
- Creating engaging lesson plans to administer to students.
- Maintain sign in sheets and online reports.
- Maintain attendance through reporting system.
- Register new students in the classroom.
- Communicate and follow up with students in regards to classroom attendance.
- Have availability to assist students with help on assignments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, specializing in Mathematics or Education
- Community College Experience preferred

Additional Information:
- Part Time, Up to 9 hours a week
- Pay: $23.00- $26.00 depending on education and experience in Adult Education
- Availability: Monday and Thursday 9:00-11:30 and at least 4 hours to check student's online work through EdReady
- Anticipated Start: Jan 2024
