The Opportunity:

We're currently seeking an Entry-Level Transcriptionist. The ideal candidate will be charged with converting recorded or spoken materials into our system for records. This detailed-oriented professional will work closely with other departments to drive efficiency and process improvements. The chosen candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be a significant contributor to a team that values innovative thinking, collaboration, and commitment to quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Convert audio and video materials into written text accurately and efficiently.
• Review transcriptions for spelling, grammar, and overall coherence to ensure document accuracy.
• Assist with document formatting and layout to fit company standards.
• Communicate respectfully and promptly with team members regarding any clarity needed within transcriptions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all documents and information accessed during transcription tasks

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficient typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong grasp of English language, including grammar and spelling.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good listening skills and strong attention to detail.

Nice-To-Haves:

• Previous experience in transcription is an advantage.
• Knowledge of industry-specific terms and jargon.
• Experience with transcription software and equipment.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.
