Work with the existing regional and global Transactional FX (TFX) team and as part of the wider Payments and FX Solutions (PFS) group to effectively execute a growth strategy across the Americas region. The role holder will be responsible for driving volume, profitability and strategic awareness through client acquisition, marketing, and relationship management (internal & external).
- Outline the PFS strategy internally to key stakeholders within Global Banking, Commercial Banking and Global Payment Solutions (GPS)
- Interface with and be the TFX subject matter expert to key product stakeholders internally to drive product awareness and build a strong client pipeline
- Actively work with other front line teams to identify new sales opportunities and successfully negotiate and win new business
- Assist with on-boarding efforts for mandated TFX opportunities across the region
Impact on the Business
- Become a core part of the PFS group and collaborate with colleagues globally to ensure stakeholders are aware of ongoing initiatives and developments
- Grow TFX volumes across the region
- Help to define and provide input the regional sales strategy for TFX in the Americas
- Drive internal stakeholder product awareness of TFX solutions to generate internally lead client acquisition
- Work with existing GPS and GFX sales teams, originate new TFX client relationships and increase market share
- Help to achieve increased wallet share and client satisfaction for existing TFX client relationships
- Coordinate with global counterparts to ensure strategy is synergised and effectively executed across the region
- Ensure delivery of a cohesive, market leading service to clients providing feedback to TFX product development
- Promote an entrepreneurial, client lead approach within stakeholder groups

- Manages client queries and concerns in a timely, effective manner
For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $175,000 and $200,000.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
