A Full-Service Business Law Firm. seeks an Immigration Attorney with two or more years of experience. Our candidate would be responsible for handling various immigration issues on behalf of businesses in the United States. The Firm maintains offices in both Chicago and Peoria, but would consider a remote candidate as well. We would also be open to part-time working arrangements.Our immigration work is challenging, rewarding, and meaningful for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting employers with H1B and other employment visas, such as TN, as well as advising on various other immigration matters that typically arise for US businesses.
The position offers flexibility for working on non-business related immigration matters and/or pro bono immigration work, such as work for immigrating families or asylum seekers.
