Form of workWeaver is seeking talented students to join our growing Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team. The Transition Advisory Services team assists clients in assessing EBITDA and Net Working Capital and managing risk in a potential merger or acquisition. This position requires the analysis of complex and often voluminous information and resulting analyses must result in clear and concise conclusions. This will include creating financial models based on transactions being analyzed by our clients.
TAS Interns will assist in drafting reports and findings including the preparation of tables, exhibits, and charts, and will research various technical and industry specific issues.

Education and Skills:
- Coursework in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field
- Advanced Excel skills required, including familiarity with pivot tables, “if” statements, and lookup functions
- Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Deadline-oriented
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fluid working environment
