Lala Companies dba as Dunkin is looking for a TRAINING/HR COORDINATOR to help support our growing team. This is a NEW position that will support our southern California franchises in the areas of Human Resources, Onboarding, Training Platforms, Benefits Administration and Safety. This position may eventually take over Payroll/Timekeeping Administration.
What we're looking for:
The idea candidate with exceptional communication skills - verbal, reading, writing (Spanish fluency a plus); will have strong interpersonal skills, coaching, counseling and conflict resolution skills, ability to write reports and procedure manuals, and ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations and respond to questions from managers, customers, vendors, and other employees of the company, as well as:
  • People Leadership - Must have demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Teamwork - Must collaborate effectively and aren't scared to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Client Focus - Must apply a client-centric mindset and ensure that our people are treated as we would expect to treat our customers.
  • Accountability - Must be willing to take ownership and be willing to cut through unchartered territory as a self-starter. This includes defining processes and methods and leading by example.

We want a self-starter with a high energy level. The successful candidate will possess strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook. The main office is located in Yorba Linda, however, this position will be traveling to each of the five store sites within Orange County.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources and/or Business Administration, or related field required.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in human resource or training function.
You must be available for a flexible work schedule and work extended hours and weekends when required. Reliable transportation required.
