Job Description
We are committed to work life balance by promoting this HYBRID TELEWORK opportunity. Lockheed Martin values your skills, training, and education. Come and experience your future!
Lockheed Martin is looking for a Training System Architect (TSA) who is skilled in the application of the science of learning (SoL) to training programs. In this role, you will be responsible for using cutting edge technologies to define human-centered designs that address the specific learning needs and opportunities of our customers worldwide. You will engage with business stakeholders and industry subject matter experts to develop training programs that effectively simulate real-world scenarios, promote decision-making skills, and optimize learning outcomes. You will be active in thought leadership and publications, and will merge technology, research and development, and opportunities to build solutions that save lives by accelerating mission readiness.
The TSA crafts executable, holistic training solutions that appropriately incorporate Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE), Systems Approach to Training (SAT) processes and Science of Learning principles to meet customer needs/requirements within cost, time, and resource constraints. These solutions include definition of the curriculum and the associated Training System elements required to provide an effective and efficient learning experience for the students. The training solution, along with customer specifications, drives Training System requirements for other engineering specialties.
