Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identifies training needs, and assists in coordinating development, design and implementation of corporate training programs (including facilitation of training classes in-person, virtually, or recorded training session); makes recommendations to the Training & Development Manager as needed.

• Updates, schedules, and trains new Cash Custodians (teller) Training, and Consumer & Business New Account Banker Training.

• Facilitates and delivers enterprise-wide classroom training, individual training, and remote-access training.

• Assists Training & Development Manager to create, design, implement, schedule employee educational and developmental programs including, but not limited to in house classes, on-the-job training, online trainings, software systems, and new hire courses.

- Prior Training and Development or teaching experience

- Must have fantastic interpersonal and communications skills

- Knowledge of laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local level
