We have partnered with our client to seek a dynamic candidate who can bring enthusiasm and expertise to their Information Technology training team.
Job Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 5 months
Work Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the training and communications schedule.
- Conduct training sessions utilizing Microsoft Web apps, including Outlook and Teams.
- Maintain and update SharePoint Communication pages.
- Disseminate mass communications using Outlook and messaging apps.
- Support the established training reporting and evaluation process for stakeholders.
- Develop training curriculum as needed.
- Facilitate group discussions and contribute expertise in selecting training materials for employees.
- Collaborate with team members, serving as a mentor to enhance trainee satisfaction.
- Utilize presentation tools effectively for the creation of engaging presentations.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience facilitating Microsoft training
- Proficient in using Microsoft Teams
- Experience in communications and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to large groups
- Proficiency in using presentation tools including PowerPoint, videos, and training handouts
- Background in retail or convenience store operations
- Experience in project coordination and management preferred
