BWC is currently operating under a hybrid schedule that may incorporate both teleworking and in-person office hours. Employees must be able to report to the office when requested by management &/or for their initial job training.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assesses training and development needs and identifies target audience, content and overall training project needs;
- Develops performance measures and objectives;
- Designs written training material (reference manuals, e-learning storyboarding, evaluative feedback forms) utilizing standard visual format for training materials and interactive training to keep participants actively learning from both the instructor and one another;
- Coordinates and prepares training of organizational development and leadership topics and technical BWC business operations (e.g., injury/claims management, risk/employer management operations);
- Conducts training presentations/orientations with the use of lecture, video conference presentation, audio/visual material, web-based products (e.g. Captivate or Breeze), demonstration of procedures and skills, written exercises and hands-on skills demonstrations.

Qualifications
To Qualify, You Must Clearly Demonstrate:
6 courses in human resources, education, sociology or psychology or 18 mos exp in preparing informational or instructional programs AND 18 mos trg or 18 mos exp in public speaking or effective communications skills AND 3 mos trg or 3 mos exp in operating audio visual equipment
Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
