We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead the development of clinical and non-clinical staff to our team’s highest level of knowledge, and competency. With the support of the Director of Training and Professional Development, this role is designed to achieve our organization’s staff training and development goals, which directly impact client care.
As the Training Program Manager, you will design, coordinate, facilitate, and implement training activities for our clinical and non-clinical staff. You will collaborate with our leadership teams to manage our training plan and goals while ensuring regulatory requirements are met, evidence-based practice curriculum is implemented, and strategic goals are supported. You will report to the Director of Training and Development in an in-person and hybrid role.

What we need for this job:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Five (5)+ years relevant experience
Prior experience training and employee development
