Job Description
This position is for a Training Instructional Systems Designer desirable experience in the latest version of SAP Enable Now, experience in converting Microsoft PowerPoint formatted training material into SAP Enable Now eLearning courseware, experience in developing training with SAP Enable Now, and knowledge/experience in administrating the tool. Primary responsibilities would include:
- Defining the business blueprint and map these back to the appropriate areas and develop the course material. Work with the client content and process owners to validate the course outlines to ensure quality/accuracy and ensure the client is satisfied with the end deliverable
- Designing and developing performance-based technical courses, work instructions, exercises and quick reference cards, simulations, and training aids for end users using Ancile SAP Enable Now.
- Convert existing instructor-led training to online training, delivering, and designing SAP Enable Now training content for SAP modules including FI, CO, FM, MM, IM, WM, WFM, and PS.
- Using SAP Enable Now to record transaction codes, built work instructions, write user guides.
- Designing training materials including job aids, user guides, datasheets, quick reference cards, simulations and SAP integrated content.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as Instructional Systems Designer, and Courseware Developer with experience in public or private sector environments, including SAP implementations or equivalent is desirable.
- 1+ years of experience with SAP Enable Now development and training is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is desirable
- US Citizen
- Secret Clearance. Favorably complete a National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI) and an FBI fingerprint check
