We are seeking Training Data Collectors at all levels of experience (Junior thru Senior and SME) to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).
These positions are contingent upon contract award expected Summer 2024 and will be located in Hawaii.
Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to improve training efficacy and, improve decision making related to training curriculum development and revision.
Duties:
- Conducts statistical analysis on Training Data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification.
- Manages all aspects of end-to-end data processing. As part of an Agile DevSecOps team, tests to ensure accuracy of the development enclave host environment.
- Analyzes functionality on the hosted cloud-based environment through the user interface environment until it is deployed to the deployment enclave.
- Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data and acts as liaison with business.
- Supports database engineers in identification of key data points for collection. Reports and coordinates learning data analysis plans, results, and interpretations.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Requires a Bachelors degree but will accept years of experience in lieu of degree
- Hiring at all levels 0-20+ years
Required Clearance:
- Must have an active TS clearance to start work
- Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI
Desired Skills:
- Command or joint level experience for Senior or SME hires.
- Post graduate degree in associated field of study for Senior or SME hires.
