- Our ideal candidate will make anywhere between $22.72 - $23.98 for this role.
- Will follow a Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. work schedule.
The Training Coordinatorwill be responsible for the daily administration and coordination of training functions and events.
- Originate, update, and maintain all Training department related calendars. Initiate internal and external calendar invites for guest speakers and class participants. Reserve room(s) as appropriate, manage training room reservations.
- Administrator of Learning Management System (LMS). Duties include but are not limited to the following:
1. Create, maintain, and update data as appropriate.
2. Create, maintain, and assign web and instructor-led based courses per class curriculums. Monitor class participants completion of assigned courses.
3. Update class rosters as needed. Support users with password and course resets, following internal guidelines.
- Responsible for sending updates and reminders to class participants and corresponding leaders.
- Monitor daily new hire additions or deletions and send appropriate status updates to the Training department. Originate new hire updates to respective leaders and complete pertinent new hire activities in a timely manner.
- Maintain corporate library inventory, process check out requests, initiate appropriate communications related to past due resources. Verify all library resources have been returned from employees who are leaving employment with the Credit Union.
- Complete monthly update of user ID passwords in the core system and loan origination system (LOS) test environments.
- Track office supplies needed; provide request list to AVP Training and Leadership Development.

Requirements
Education/Certification:
- Equivalent to a high school education
Experience:
- Administrative assistance experience. Serve as a training liaison with internal and external partners. Learning Management Systems (LMS) experience preferred.
Required Knowledge:
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Compliance with Federal Bank Secrecy Act and Money Laundering rules required
