Training Coordinator

The Role:

This role is responsible for all training and continuing education activities in the Distribution Center.  These include new hire training, training on system changes or updates, and continuing education activities as required.  Training responsibilities include the areas of Elite resources and transactions, department policies, safety protocols and best practices. Role includes development/enhancement of training materials.  This role will identify opportunities for continuing education training and create/implement training plans. In addition, this role will work with department leaders to identify and administer associate engagement and development plans. 

The Successful Candidate:

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree preferred.
• Read, write, and speak English for work related communication
• Three years' experience working in a distribution center environment required
