About the team
Join our highly cross-functional GTM Training Operations team within the Premier Agent business. Our team drives the strategy and development of dynamic training solutions for our Premier Agent partners and Sales teams to help them successfully adopt new products and programs. As strategic leaders with vision in the training space, we are a critical component to scaling key business initiatives, as it is our responsibility to identify and implement effective training mechanisms to ensure our partners and sales teams have the vital resources to learn how to succeed.We partner closely with Premier Agent Program Development, learning professionals in Talent Success, facilitators in Premier Agent Training and Development, and subject matter experts from many other teams across the business to ensure we are developing solutions that will drive measurable impact to the business, while prioritizing the learner’s experience.
About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and diligent Training Coordinator to join our team and help us drive successful execution of our training programs. This role involves strong collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Talent Success, GTM Training Ops Managers, and Training and Development Managers to lead the coordination of training programs that support the professional development of both our internal Sales employees, as well as our external Premier Agent partners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, strong communication and organization skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales New Hire Onboarding Coordination
Interact with business partners in Talent Acquisition and Talent Success to validate new hire lists and execute communication plan.
Manage all calendar invites, including securing time with guest speakers/participants for trainings and job shadowing as needed.
Secure office spaces for onsite trainings through interaction with the Gatherings/Facilities team and manage coordination of onsite materials and logistics.
Work closely with Sr. Success Managers for any ad hoc needs throughout onboarding experience.
Manage tracking of course participation and coordinate post-training surveys.
Virtual Instructor Led Training Coordination
Create and update quarterly training schedules in consultation with GTM Training Ops Managers and PA Training and Development Team Managers.
Own the ongoing setup and maintenance of instructor-led training sessions within the Learning Management System (Zillow Academy and Zillow University), including the creation of zoom links for all sessions, updating the facilitators, etc.
Be responsible for the setup of VIP training sessions within Calendly.
Manage calendar invites and post training survey activities for PA sales trainings.
Manage the team training request form and coordinate scheduling as necessary.
Maintain accurate attendance records, including uploading attendance into the Learning Management System as necessary.
Who you are
2+ years experience in training coordination, instructional design, or related roles.
Familiarity with training methodologies and adult learning principles is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
Problem-solving skills to address training challenges effectively.
