Job Summary: Assists with oversees facility safety and training compliance with all associates.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Support Training and Safety departments with administrative and clerical duties.
2. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
3. Coordinate annual training plans and records including tracking to ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements.
4. Run training reports and communicate with supervisors and managers.
5. Facilitate classroom training and e-learning training.
6. Maintain company Learning Management System (LMS).
7. Oversee and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
8. Prepare educational aids and materials.
9. Develop job aids and other training materials.
10. Other responsibilities as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and experience equivalent to:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
- 2 or more years of safety or training-related work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- 1 years’ experience in training and development.
Skill and ability to:
- Basic to Intermediate computer skills MS-Office applications including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate computer skills MS Excel.
- Good communicator/listener
- Must be detail oriented with good organizational and planning skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work as a team player
- Flexible hours and overtime may be required as needed. Schedule to be set.
