Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience:
Marketing skills, technicalskills (Power Point, Canva), detail-oriented, accurate, innovative. A sample of candidate’s work is required with resume.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Initiate new innovative strategies in training and instructional programs.

Utilizing Canva, create infographics and visualizations to capture attention and instruct audiences on fiscal requirements.
Attend and record internal fiscal staff training and prepare step-by-step instruction manuals.
Develop training materials in Power Point for fiscal unit to train division staff.

Assist in conducting training programs for division program staff.
Ensure a positive learning environment in training procedures.

Assist in organizing, scheduling, and communicating training programs.
Maintain and manage events and schedule the calendar of the training.

Process enrollments and answer routine inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and locations.
Contact attendees and department representatives about the training program.
Use an information system or database to enter data and produce reports on training statistics, feedback and assessments of the programs.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
