Training And Human Performance Analyst

SAIC is seeking a cleared Training Analyst & Human Performance Technologist (TA/HPT) to support an Air Force initiative to create a new Undergraduate Combat Systems Operator Training (UCT) course. This is a hybrid remote opportunity and will  require frequent travel to our customer site in Pensacola, FL.  (Local / Pensacola candidates preferred)

Our Training Analysis team works as part of integrated team of Instructional Systems Designers, CSO Subject Matter Experts, and the USAF UCT cadre to determine new course requirements. The Training Analysis team will review and decompose the existing course, collect data from current and previous students and instructors, validate training tasks, determine gaps and provide multiple courses of action (COAs) for the holistic update and redesign of CSO training to ensure the highest quality graduates in the most efficient manner.

Job Description:

• Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA), Training Situation Analysis (TSA), and Training Systems Requirements Analysis (TSRA) in line with DOD guidance.
• Analyze current training across the pipeline and deconstruct training tasks, media and instructional strategies.
• Collect and validate job and training tasks to ensure alignment between Training and job performance requirements.
• Develop data collection strategies, protocol and tools.
• Collect data from current and former students, instructors and receiving units using surveys, focus groups and interviews.
• Collaborate with internal and external SMEs.
• Conduct statistical data analysis.
• Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
• Develop training analysis report including descriptive data analysis and courses of action.
