As Training Administrator for the Training & Development team you will primarily be responsible for maintaining and ensuring effective management of Mustang's Learning Management System (LMS) and corresponding technology platforms used to support and integrate with the LMS.

Training Administrator Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Act as LMS subject matter expert (SME) and administrator, including but not limited to creating learning catalog items and management of user enrollments, program pages, registration, security permissions, and integration with third-party tools
- Conduct regular reviews/audits and maintenance/clean-up for LMS pages, products, and user accounts (e.g., checking for broken links, updating outdated language, cleaning up user accounts)
- Generate usage reports and maintain large data sets to provide accurate reporting on eLearning activities
- Look for opportunities to improve MLC processes & quality
- Manage and maintain training facilities, records, and resources
- Support team members and learners with LMS questions, including troubleshooting and technical support
- Manage vendor and internal customer liaising
- Assist in creating customized curriculum and training plans when needed.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects within the team and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Responsible for the uploading and embedding of multimedia content, including SCORM & AICC files
- Coordinate and schedule training classes
- Work as part of a team and meet deadlines
- Help ensure consistency and creating standard processes across all T&D products
- Proactively work with internal teams to ensure adherence to guidelines, address changing program needs, and implement new features
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies to ensure user engagement and goals are met
Training Administrator Position Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent. Some college and/or Technical School preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional computer and software skills
- Strong data entry and data management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and judgement skills
- Service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet search
- Good listening skills and patience to work with and help employees varying greatly in computer skills
- Previous experience (1+ years) administering an LMS
- Previous experience (2+ years) in learning, general human resources or customer service preferred
