Expectations: Trainer will be required to complete all coursework and demonstrate learnings from coursework. Trainer will have a flex work week to support trainee needs. Establishes effective and professional working relationships Performs all other duties in support of the team and as assigned by leadership Operator must complete onboarding on first day in new dept/role.
Works with the team to identify and rectify nonconformance issues through root cause analysis Participate in developing and rolling out best operating practices Operate equipment in a safe manner following Safety Standards- GMP guidelines- and sustaining 5s. Responsible for wearing proper PPE- complying with safety training- policy & procedures- and reporting any unsafe safety conditions to a Supervisor/Management. Should be Involved with KHMS process (basic knowledge of EE concerns with defect handling and defects that are greater than 30 days not getting closed out- 5S non-compliance that continuously raise concerns from EE's- Oscar board knowledge) Should participate fully in PPE audits.
Should report to the off-shift managers Ensure that detailed notes are taken on each training employee and proper feedback is given to leadership for better addressing employees concerns and gaps in training. Weekly meeting with the management team for questions- concerns and feedback. Any other duties as assigned.
