You understand that every platform has its own rhythm and can dance to each one, crafting engaging content that speaks to our audience and showcases our unique brand. You don't just manage Social Media, you command it. You see a Facebook group as a thriving digital community, waiting to be nurtured and grown under your expert guidance.

What You'll Do:

Masterfully manage and curate content across all our Social Media platforms - Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube. Create killer videos, write and design engaging posts, and flex your influencer-style creativity to attract new followers and convert them into leads.

• Fearlessly pitch new ideas and strategies - we value innovation and encourage bold thinking.
• Build, manage, and expand our Facebook group into a thriving online community.
• Manage the process of identifying, booking, and coordinating appearances on relevant podcasts.
• Plan like a general, executing your well-thought-out strategies with precision and adaptability.
• Continually experiment, measure, track, learn, and adjust, because you know that's the key to growth.

What You Bring to the Table:

Proven experience in Social Media management and digital marketing.
Excellent content creation skills, including video editing.
A deep understanding of different Social Media platforms and how to leverage them for marketing.
A knack for identifying and creating influencer-type content.
A track record of generating leads organically.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Data driven, detail oriented.
