This luxury golf resort will consist of 150 hotel rooms, 298 resort residences, 24,000 divisible square feet of convention space, 3 restaurants, a world-class spa, 2 pools, a fitness center, and a new 19-hole golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our online presence at Black Desert Resort. As our Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing Social Media strategies to enhance the resort's visibility and engagement across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media strategy to align with the resort's marketing objectives.
• Create engaging and shareable content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
• Monitor and manage the day-to-day activities on Social Media channels, including content scheduling and community engagement.
• Analyze Social Media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging Social Media platforms to keep the resort's strategy relevant.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and cohesive Social Media content.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and reviews on Social Media platforms.
• Plan and execute Social Media campaigns, contests, and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Social media experience with resorts, hospitality, or food and beverage strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proficient in Social Media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to drive engagement.
