Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our online presence at Black Desert Resort. As our Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing Social Media strategies to enhance the resort's visibility and engagement across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media strategy to align with the resort's marketing objectives.
- Create engaging and shareable content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day activities on Social Media channels, including content scheduling and community engagement.
- Analyze Social Media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging Social Media platforms to keep the resort's strategy relevant.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and cohesive Social Media content.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and reviews on Social Media platforms.
- Plan and execute Social Media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Social media experience with resorts, hospitality, or food and beverage strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proficient in Social Media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to drive engagement.
