Traffic Signal Technician

Utility Construction Company, Inc., an Arizona General Contractor, is seeking hard-working and dedicated people to join our team to work on construction crews. We take pride in our staff and look forward to growing the team. We are currently looking for experienced and certified Traffic Signal Level I and Level II Technicians.

Requirements:

• Complete construction of Traffic Signal improvements, from the ground up. Including trench and conduit, foundations, erection of poles and equipment, installing and terminating cables, testing and inspections
• Minimum 3 years proven experience of successful construction of Traffic Signals.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Class A CDL, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Knowledge and experience in operating the equipment required to build Traffic Signals, including excavators, digger derricks, pressure augurs, etc.
• Ability to pass pre employment process.
• Ability to work safely and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Must have current IMSA Traffic Signal Level I or Level II Certification.
