This position requires extensive computer experience, leadership, organizational and analytical skills. The ability to work independently and with multiple teams simultaneously while prioritizing workloads is required. Written and extensive verbal communication skills are needed to support daily coordination with drivers, logistics centers, external customers, and vendors. Computer systems utilized include Excel, Outlook, Teams, PeopleNet, Transportation Manager, Dispatch Planning System.
The working schedule would be primarily from Tuesday to Saturday from 15:00 pm - 12:00 am (with possibility of over time).
The position is responsible for the following:
- Provide Dispatch support for Drivers
- Communicate with internal and external customers
- Effective communication with Traffic Center team
- Work with warehouse to ensure loads are completed on time
- Intra-site networking, relationships, involvement and Team support
- Backfill other Dispatchers
- Vend Order processing and scheduling
- Vend performance tracking
- Revenue processing
- Revenue tracking and scorecarding
- Driver Dispatching
- Carrier Dispatch
- Phones/Customer Service
- Awarding of daily dispatch board as needed
- All other duties as assigned.

Experience in transportation and knowledge of D.O.T. is required
Compensation & Benefits:
•The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $66,400.00/Yr. based on a full-time schedule.
