### Overview:
We are currently seeking a Traffic Coordinator to join our team. The Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating traffic flow within our organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
### Duties:
- Coordinate and manage the flow of traffic within the organization
- Monitor and track incoming and outgoing communications
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Ensure timely and efficient communication between departments
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any traffic-related issues
- Assist with customer support and address inquiries or concerns
### Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in file management and record keeping
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
