We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Trade Show Coordinator to plan and execute our company's participation in Trade Shows and exhibitions. The Trade Show Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of these events by coordinating logistics, managing resources, and facilitating engagement with attendees. The ideal candidate should have excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding Trade Show experiences.

Responsibilities
•Collaborating with the marketing team and organizers to define the strategy and event requirements
•Researching and presenting concepts and ideas to the organizers and sponsors for feedback
•Preparing, presenting, and managing budgets and negotiating contracts
•Coordinate the logistics of Trade Show participation, including booth setup, signage, equipment, shipping, and other logistical requirements
•Managing the booking and registration of vendors, sponsors, and guests
•Arranging travel and accommodation logistics, administration, and itineraries
•Promoting the show through marketing channels such as social media, emails, and advertising campaigns
•Coordinating the logistical requirements such as security, equipment rentals, and catering services
•Running the floor to ensure the event operates smoothly
•Ensuring that all health and safety standards are adhered to during the event
•Analyze the effectiveness of Trade Show participation, gather feedback, and recommend improvements for future events
Qualifications
•Proven experience carrying out event marketing efforts, including Trade Show planning, attendance, and reporting
•Must be exceptional in prioritizing, negotiation, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
•Track record of taking ownership and driving results
•Capacity to create and distribute engaging, informative resources
•Outstanding research skills
•Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
•Liaise with attendees upon confirmation of event logistics, venue, etc.
•Creativity and ability to think outside the box
•People skills and ability to build relationships
