Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Trade Show & Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing department. In this role, you will be instrumental in planning, organizing, and executing Trade Show appearances and Marketing events. Your efforts will be pivotal in creating powerful brand experiences, generating leads, and supporting product sales. Some of your main responsibilities will include the following:

• Develop and execute Trade Show strategies, including booth design, logistics, and material coordination
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align Trade Show activities with broader marketing initiatives
• Coordinate marketing efforts related to Trade Shows and other events, including campaign development and implementation
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure Trade Show objectives align with overall business goals
• Measure, report, and analyze event results, and plan improvements based on findings for ROI
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with flexibility and efficiency
• Take on additional side projects including creating social media content

Qualifications

1. Able to work in office M-F
2. Trade show coordination experience
3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field
4. Successful track record of marketing ROI
5. Exceptional organizational and communication skills
6. Marketing content creation experience
7. Experience in the tech or software industry (preferred)
8. Digital marketing and social media campaigning (a plus)
