Form of workWe're looking for a Trade FinanceStandby Letter of Credit Specialist to join our team. You will:
manage the Letter of Credit Portfolio for the Investment Bank, Financial Services, & Bank USA
coordinate with our internal clients (i.e. Client and Financial Advisors) to gather required documentation in order to draft, issue and amend Letters of Credit. Ensure transactional due diligence is performed and any issues are escalated
monitor daily reports to ensure all accounts are properly updated regularly and accurately which reflects the current status of pending and completed work
work with team members to orchestrate the timely exchange of information to ensure client needs are met
partner with internal business units in order to provide and obtain information critical to the unit's success
review and analyze timelines on cases that are outside time standard and suggest workflow improvements
maintain a high degree of interaction with Risk Management, Legal, Compliance and all other levels of the organization to resolve any documentation, credit, regulatory or operational issues
ensure adherence to OFAC, AML, and other U.S. Federal regulatory compliance regulations
assist team in processing Issuances, Amendments, Releases, and any other work related duties to ensure that the team's work is completed in a timely manner.
