Job description

Jordan Sales and Service is seeking a motivated Salesman to join our team and take on the responsibility of selling tractors and zero-turn mowers to customers. In this role, you will represent our company, promote our products, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by actively prospecting and engaging potential customers interested in purchasing tractors and zero-turn mowers. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and confidently present their features and benefits to customers.

Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive customer relationships, providing excellent service throughout the sales process. Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and handle any concerns or objections effectively.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest models, specifications, and advancements in tractors and zero-turn mowers. Continuously update knowledge through training sessions and research to confidently assist customers with their purchase decisions.

Documentation: Accurately complete sales orders, contracts, and other relevant documentation. Ensure all necessary paperwork is processed correctly, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as the service and parts team, to provide comprehensive customer support. Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery and installation of sold tractors and zero-turn mowers.

Requirements:

Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience. Tractor knowledge is not required, but one must be willing to learn.

Customer-Service Orientation: Strong customer-centric approach with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and effectively address inquiries or concerns.

Self-motivated: Results-driven with a proactive approach to sales. Able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively to achieve sales goals.

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and work closely with colleagues to achieve shared

objectives. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing sales situations.

Valid Drivers License

PAY: COMPETITIVE SALARY + COMMISSION (NO CAP)

AVERAGE EARNINGS IS OVER $100K/ YEAR
