Tprm Quality Control Officer (Remote)

FCB is seeking a strategic, process driven and analytical individual to support Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).

The Third Party Quality Control Officer is responsible for executing Quality Control reviews throughout the TPRM lifecycle include various assessments, to include Vendor Risk Assessments, Ongoing Oversights, Due Diligence Assessments, and Performance Monitoring scorecards.  This role contributes to the TPRM program requirements and assists in meeting regulatory expectations.

*This position can work remote from anywhere within the United States.

• Perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control reviews over Vendor Risk Assessments, Ongoing Oversights, Due Diligence Assessments, Performance Monitoring Scorecards and other TPRM lifecycle activities to ensure documentation meets internal standards and procedures, has followed the appropriate review and approval process, and that all activities have been performed in accordance with the TPRM program requirements.
• Calibrate with team members, management, business partners and other stakeholders on an ongoing basis to review the quality of assessments, analyze data, detect error drivers/trends, identify opportunities for quality improvement, training needs and/or process or tool enhancements.
• Analyze and trend data resulting from Quality reviews and deliver reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and/or enhance Quality Management Procedure documentation.

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Financial Services, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Finance, or Accounting OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Financial Services, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Finance, or Accounting

Role Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience with TPRM for financial institutions
• Familiar with Third Party Risk regulations, such as FRB 13-19 and OCC 13-29
• Understanding of Global regulatory TPRM frameworks and best practices
• Strong understanding of risk management principles
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Ability to calibrate quality review results and trends, while constantly identifying opportunities for improvement, additional training needs, or process enhancements
• Assist with the creation or revision of Quality Management Procedures that define the processes aligned to TPRM Program Standards and Procedures

The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $73,000 to $120,000 per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay.
