Toyota Parts Counter Person

Westbury Toyota Is looking for an Automotive Parts Agent who will assist technicians, walk-in & phone customers with finding the correct Parts they need for their vehicle.

Our Ideal Candidates have a friendly/open Personality, Great Communication skills, be able to Multitask and have the ability to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner. You will be the person who all our Guests/Clients go to to receive their Parts to pick-up/order.

We want you to be able to make connections with our Clients so each time they come in for service they know a familiar face and have a pleasant full experience at our Dealership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dealing with Daily Operations
• Making a profit & a difference

• Assists walk-in customers in obtaining the correct parts for their needs and wants.

• Answers phone calls quickly and professionally, helping customers determine their needs and wants.

• Orders or locate parts while providing both timely service for customers and maximum profit for the Dealership.

• Maintains a clean and uncluttered work area.

• Tracks all parts back orders to expedite time of shipment

• Know and abide by all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook, and other policies and procedures determined by management.

• Follows dealerships safety rules and Injury and Illness Prevention program.
