SalaryBraman Motorcars has an immediate opportunity for a candidate who is professional, responsible, detail oriented and who thrives working in fast-paced environments for a full-time Towing Coordinator position in our Service Department.
Responsibilities:
- Must have good communication skills and ability to handle customer situations and/or complaints.
- Towing dispatch - schedule and enter pick-ups and deliveries into the calendar, and Beacon Dispatch Anywhere program.
- Must be able to coordinate and effectively communicate information to service employees and management.
- Must have proficient knowledge of word and excel and be able to monitor and produce reports.
- Work with loaner car representative and provide backup support when loaner car representative is absent.
- Must be able to answer telephone calls, routing calls to the proper individual and taking messages as needed.
- Must be able to communicate via email.
- Must be properly groomed, professional in presentation and in compliance with Dealership dress code.
- Hours of work are Monday through Friday 8am 5pm, however business levels will require working on Saturdays occasionally.
- Job requires sitting at a desk, working on a computer and answering busy telephone lines.
- Assist service advisors with processing purchase orders for pick-up and delivery of customer's vehicles.
- Contact customers to assist with arranging delivery times.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the service manager and advisors as needed.
- Must have excellent organizational and computer skills.
- Other duties as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
