FyberCom, a leading telecommunications provider, is seeking a skilled and adventurous Tower Foreman to join our dynamic field operations team. This challenging yet rewarding role is perfect for those who thrive in the great outdoors and have a passion for technology and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage tower installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Train and supervise team members, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
• Conduct site surveys, prepare reports, and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
• Handle emergency and unscheduled repairs in challenging environments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of backcountry snowmobiling experience, allowing for safe and efficient navigation in remote and winter conditions.
• Avalanche Certification, demonstrating a deep understanding of snow safety and avalanche risk management.
• Climbing Certification, proving proficiency in climbing techniques and safety practices specific to telecommunications towers.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams in high-stakes environments.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to rapidly changing conditions.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
