Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service? Join our team as a Tow Truck Hybrid Dispatcher Administrator! As a New Company, We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage dispatching operations, administrative tasks, and customer interactions for our towing company.
Duties Include:
- Dispatch towing trips to drivers based on location, urgency, and availability, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Communicate with clients to gather information about their towing needs, provide updates on service status, and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Prepare and process payroll for Tow Truck drivers, verifying hours worked, overtime, and other relevant factors for accurate compensation.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling financial records.
- Assist in interviewing and hiring new employees, providing training and orientation on company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities.
- Support administrative functions such as filing paperwork, maintaining records, and organizing schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Seek out new contracts and business opportunities for the company through prospecting, networking, and relationship building with prospective clients.
- Ensure compliance with towing regulations, safety standards, and company policies in all dispatching and administrative activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dispatching, administrative, or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office suite and dispatching software.
- Knowledge of towing regulations and safety standards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80.00 - $120.00 per day
