ExperienceFirst is a growing global travel brand born in New York in 2009. The company operates in North America & Europe with key locations including New York, LA, San Francisco, Dallas, Paris & Barcelona, and exciting global growth plans.
We bring travelers together to show them a city from a local perspective, whilst showcasing some of the world's most renowned attractions. Our Tour Concierges are the first people our guests meet. In this role you will check-in guests for our high-volume tours, prepare tickets to distribute to all guests, and coordinate with the tour guides delivering the tour.

- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

What will you be doing?
ExperienceFirst Tour Concierges are the first link between our brand and the customer. The role is casual, with set shifts in the week starting between 8:00am and 8:30am. It involves time outdoors greeting guests in the proximity of either the 9/11 memorial or Battery Park. As well as providing an excellent level of customer service, other activities include:
- Preparing ticket packets for guests
- Checking in guests at the meeting location utilising the ExperienceFirst check-in portal
- Communicating with the Tour Operations and Reservations and Customer Service teams
- Troubleshoot / problem solve issues at check-in
- Distribute guests to their guides, coordinating the guide departure times and group sizes.
Frequency of work: Shifts will usually provide between 10 and 20 hours work per week.
Pay: This role will be paid $20 an hour.
