Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for full-time CDL Class B Commercial Truck Driver (CDLB) to join our team at Tenaya Lodge At Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. In this role, you will drive hotel guests and groups on sightseeing tours through places of interest, to and from the airport, and other destinations as needed. You will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities- Drive vehicles over specified routes or to specified destinations according to time schedules, complying with traffic regulations to ensure that passengers have a smooth and safe ride.
- Describe tour points of interest to those on the tour and respond to questions.
- Welcome and register attendees and provide commentary during the tour.
- Assemble and inspect the required supplies and equipment before departure.
- Provide for the physical safety of groups, performing such activities as providing first aid and directing emergency evacuations.
- Clean vehicles during and after tours.
- Perform safety inspection checks on tour vehicles.
- Active Commercial Driver’s License B with at least 6 months of operating experience
- A Passenger Endorsement is preferred
- Prior tour industry experience preferred
- Possess the ability to drive on mountain roads in all weather conditions
- The ability to speak languages in addition to English is preferred
- Problem-solving ability and independent decision-making
- Must be at least 21 years old to apply
- Public speaking ability
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Constant sitting
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting of items weighing up to 55 lbs
- Requires work outdoors in various weather conditions and elevations ranging from 2,000 to 8,000 ft
Tenaya Lodge is a 4-diamond resort located just outside the south entrance to Yosemite National Park.
