Total Rewards Analyst

Your role on the team:

The Total Rewards Analyst is a member of the Human Resources team and reports to the Sr. Director, of HR Operations. The Total Rewards Analyst role has a broad scope and will support HRIS, benefits, compensation, rewards, and recognition. The role will be responsible for creating and maintaining employee records in our HRIS and providing reporting and analytics support as needed. In addition, this role supports the development and implementation of benefits, compensation, and compliance programs policies, and procedures to align with the company's goals and competitive practices. This position will work closely with our high-performing HR team, including HRBPs, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.

You can expect to:

  • Respond to Benefits administration and employee inquiries.
  • Contribute to the planning, and delivery of compliance, and compensation processes while ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Perform competitive analysis and obtain market research to support strategy and planning efforts for Total Rewards
  • Gather, interpret and use data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures across the company.
  • Administer and report on engagement programming
  • Support various compliance initiatives such as regulatory and federal compliance as well as salary grade and/or benefits audits.
  • Create and administer surveys for employee feedback, synthesize results, identify recommendations, and help create presentations for Sr. Management review.
  • Update and maintain employee information in HRIS, manage data quality - ensure that data is up to date, and ensure audit reports are clean & accurate.
  • Develop user policies, user guides, training docs, and communications for various initiatives and processes.
  • Contribute to the planning, execution, and reporting of HR programming
  • Respond to user questions and inquiries and resolve issues and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of performance management and compensation processes.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of the Annual Goal setting process and reporting.
  • Contribute to the planning, delivery, and execution of annual benefits renewal and open enrollment.
  • Participate in the acquisition due diligence to integration.
  • Create process improvements for areas of focus to elevate both HR and the business.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the review and updates to policies and procedures as needed.

  • HRIS- UKG/Ultimate Software experience a plus

This role requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience in an HR role
  • Benefits administration experience required.
  • Previous HRIS experience
  • Previous experience with UKG HRIS, ATS, and reporting preferred.
  • Compliance experience preferred.
  • Collaborative, curious, and proactive individual who can maintain high levels of confidentiality.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills as well as solid writing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
