Senor Total Rewards Analyst
As the Senior Total Rewards Analyst at Resolution Life US, you will champion the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs. Your role involves conducting in-depth pay market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures, managing employee benefits packages and leave management, and contributing to the development and execution of total reward strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in salary surveys and conduct thorough market research to benchmark salaries and benefits against industry standards and competitors.
  • Analyze job roles and responsibilities to establish appropriate salary ranges and job grades.
  • Provide expert guidance on compensation-related matters, including promotions, salary adjustments, and incentive schemes.
  • Assist in the development and rollout of incentive programs and bonus plans.
  • Champion the evaluation, design, and implementation of employee benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, recognition, and well-being programs.
  • Address employee inquiries, concerns, and issues related to benefits enrollment, coverage, and eligibility; provide benefit vendor management oversight to ensure our programs are being administered consistently.
  • Plan and execute projects focused on total reward initiatives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the open enrollment process for employee benefits, communicating information effectively through various channels; liaise with benefits vendors to coordinate enrollment activities and ensure seamless implementation of benefits plans.
  • Manages the entire leave process internally, ensuring its smooth operation, consistent administration, and compliance in partnership with our external vendor.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to evaluate usage, costs, and effectiveness, providing valuable insights for management review.
  • Retrieve and analyze data for audits, promptly addressing any inquiries or requests ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the process.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Total Rewards management, recommending adjustments to enhance program effectiveness and competitiveness.
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required; professional certifications such as SHRM, CCP or CEBS desirable.
  • Experience: Extensive experience (5-10 years) in compensation and benefits.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of compensation, benefits, and leave management best practices.
  • Communication and Influence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Ethics and Compliance: Strong grasp of ethics and compliance principles to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify and address compensation and benefits challenges, developing creative solutions to meet business needs.
  • Critical Thinking: Including the ability to analyze data, recognize patterns in data, and anticipate challenges.
  • Complexity: Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations, exercising discretion and judgment.
  • Technical/Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with Payfactors and Workday HCM cloud strongly preferred.
  • Project Management: Ability to create and execute a project plan, manage deadlines, and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Location: This is a remote role, with preference for candidates residing in proximity to Baltimore, Atlanta, Charlotte, New York, or West Chester, PA. There will be limited travel.

These estimates consider a wide range of factors in making base salary decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. In addition to salary, Resolution Life US offers a comprehensive benefits package, including our health & wellness program, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The range for the role may differ based on the location.
  • Atlanta, GA, Baltimore, MD: $116K - $140K
  • West Chester, PA: $125K - $150K
