Job Description
The candidate selected to join this team will provide maintenance services and emergent support for all positive feed equipment and other pneumatic tools across all shifts. By joining this team you'll be able to join a team with a positive work culture.
Primary Responsibilities:
Picks up and deliver tools in need of repair/replacement
Makes minor and major repairs on tools collected from across the site
Performs manufacture, assembly and fabrication of tools.
Operates various factory support equipment to move materials, product, and tools as required.
Provides tooling support to other organizations
Coordinates tooling swaps and replacements
Assists in determining fabrication and assembly processes for the design.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Must be willing to work train on 1st shift and support a 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift schedule.
Must be able to work some weekends
Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.
1+ years of experience with the set-up, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of machine tools
1+ years of experience in repairing, maintaining, construction, and/or the inspection of tools, dies, jigs, powerfeed, etc.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
6+ months of experience repairing, setting-up and performing general maintenance on tools
6+ months of experience documenting tool repairs and managing tool inventory
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).
