Summary

The tooling helper provides support to the tooling maintenance production needs by organizing, cleaning and grinding tools as required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Basic understanding of tooling repair process and procedures.
• Ability to follow directions given by the supervisor.
• Responsible for maintaining general tool number identification on tools
• Responsible for cleaning debris off tools.
• Responsible for grinding tools as required based on type of application
• Keeps track of serialization of parts.
• Maintains a safe and organized work area and displays concern for maintain equipment (manipulator, crane, etc.)
• Follows all company policies and safety procedures.
• Ensures that the parts being worked on are of the highest quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
