What is the TN Visa?

The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) created special economic and trade relationships for the United States, Canada and Mexico. The TN nonimmigrant classification permits qualified Canadian and Mexican citizens to seek temporary entry into the United States to engage in business activities at a professional level.

You may be eligible for TN nonimmigrant status, if:

• You are a citizen of Canada or Mexico;
• Your profession qualifies under the regulations;
• The position in the United States requires a NAFTA professional;
• You have a prearranged full-time or part-time job with a U.S. employer (but not self-employment - see documentation required below); and
• You have the qualifications to practice in the profession in question.

Position Overview:

As an RN NCLEX Passer, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and patient-centered care in various healthcare settings. This position is open to candidates who have successfully passed the NCLEX examination and are seeking TN Visa Sponsorship. We understand the unique challenges that international nurses may face and are committed to providing a supportive environment for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

2. Must be a Mexican or Canadian citizen 

3. Must have successfully passed the NCLEX examination in any U.S. state.

4. Interest in obtaining fast and free Visa Sponsorship for long-term employment in the United States.

5. Willingness to pursue licensure endorsement application for NJ and PA with our support.
