TMS Tech Supervisor/ Neuromodulation coordinator:

WHAT IS TMS?
TMS stands for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation which is an FDA-cleared, non-invasive treatment for Depression, OCD, and Smoking Addiction, typically provided on behalf of psychiatrists. We help these practices launch their TMS program and get more TMS patients.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The chosen candidate will not only administer and oversee the TMS therapyan innovative, non-invasive neuromodulation treatment boasting an impressive 80% response rate for depressionbut will also manage our esteemed team of behavioral health technicians. Additionally, they will play a pivotal role in steering and optimizing our clinical programs, including cutting-edge treatments like Ketamine Therapy for Depression.

- Administer and schedule transcranial magnetic stimulation treatments (We will fully train the candidate on TMS treatments)
- Create and maintain patient charts on electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Collect co-pays, and submit billing charges to billing team.
- Assist with records requests.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise with regard to patient comfort, treatment chairs, and more.
- Answer phone calls and assist with other general administrative duties.
- Develop a healthy rapport with patients by showing empathy, compassion, and support.
- Foster a caring, comfortable, and safe treatment experience for the patient.
- Maintain a tidy and organized treatment area while ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
- Provide coverage at the Raritan location as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

- Advanced computer literacy and proficiency with EMR systems (such as Advanced MD), Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and more
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Master's level in neuropsychology/Neuroscience, Biomedical science, advanced RN/MSN, MBBS, life sciences with particular interest in brain stimulation and Ketamine assisted treatment.
- At least one year of experience in a medical or mental health setting preferred.
- CPR certification, ACLS preferred
- TMS Clinical Training Certification will be provided.
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Full-time, M-F, in person.
- On-site required
- $45,000-$70,000/year and performance bonus, benefits etc
