This position is responsible for implementation and client support for our time and attendance system. In a fast paced environment, the Time and Labor Specialist manages implementation of new Time and Labor Management (TLM) accounts, assists current clients with questions and changes, and coordinates with the payroll and HRIS team members to ensure an accurate and client service oriented TLM experience. In addition, they are responsible for monitoring and verifying proper procedures are followed in compliance with business practices and HR System requirements. Interested applicants must possess the ability to work a flexible schedule. Experience with time and attendance systems is a plus. Additional responsibilities to include the following:
Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
- Work directly with clients to support our TLM product.
- Research, collect, manipulate, interpret, and verify the accuracy of all data needed to set up new accounts.
- Provide training sessions/materials to clients utilizing the Time Solutions system
- Research and accurately resolve a full range of customer service needs in the Time Solutions system in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
- Assist with internal needs/training regarding accounts
- Work closely with the Payroll and Implementation Team to collaborate on complex client issues, departmental processes, and procedures.
- Allocate Time and prioritize accordingly across several projects
- Ensure every client interaction is a positive and productive experience
- Troubleshoot basic and intermediate-level client issues
- Communicate effectively
- Meet established deadlines
- Effectively operate and use all departmental hardware and software.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with time and attendance systems
- Working-level knowledge of payroll processes
- Proficient use of Excel
- Bachelor's degree

- Must possess analytical skills
- Acute detail and accuracy skills
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and pay close attention to detail on many, varied tasks
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- High school diploma or GED required
