Is there a job description?
No, because this is not a job, it is like a profession, where you are trying to build your own skill. This is a stint where you will build your intellectual capabilities by doing different things in a span of 3-5 yrs. by engaging at different client engagements, new topics, locations.
A few things you may be involved in with us:
· Proactively gather the right data from appropriate sources, probe/consider all of the facts, consider all possible perspectives; conduct root cause analysis, prioritize key factors
· To drive critical projects across domains and provide key inputs for improving and transforming the functional operations to support the strategic direction of organizations
· Active involvement in projects from initiation to delivery of complex analyses, metrics and sustained engagement at all levels of the organisation
· To serve as liaison between internal teams and create synergy to ensure all project targets and requirements are met.
· Deliver insights to our leaders that drive decision-making on the critical initiatives. Develop complete and well thought out execution plans that incorporate sound contingency and risk assessments to facilitate decision making, and drive timely execution.
· Work with management and cross-functional partners to identify performance gaps, prioritize opportunities and develop and execute process improvement plans, in order to implement innovative business solutions
· Be part of the program management office to take end-to-end ownership of existing initiatives.
· To conduct project closure activities and to formalize and communicate the acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvement.
· Decision Making / Complex Problem Solving -
· Undertaking research into the industry sector, markets and competitors
· Manage and coordinate change management initiatives

· Date of Birth on or after 1st January 1988 (min. 28 yrs.)
· Academic Credentials
o Gold/Silver Medalist in one or more degrees
o More than 90% marks in 10th and 12th Exams
o Top Engineering College with JEE Rank less than 999 or top undergraduate college
o CAT percentile of above 98%
o Should be an MBA from one of the top 20 institutes in India or abroad (IIM or equivalent)\u2019 with a CGPA of more than 80% equivalent
· Work Experience
o No break in career
o Not more than 2 job changes in the entire tenure before or after MBA
· Other key skills
o Strong people skills and an ability to engage all levels of the organization
o Prior exposure to working alongside senior management
o Excellent communication skills \u2013 written and oral
o A willingness to \u201Croll up your sleeves\u2019\u201D and work at all levels of a client organization
o Willing to challenge the best and be one of the top 100 professional in one of the many key skills you will develop
Who will be the compensation?
The compensation will be as follows:-
· Year 1 - Rs. 21 lakhs of fixed compensation and Rs. 4 lakhs of variable component paid on completion of 2 yrs with the firm
· Year 2 - Rs. 25 lakhs of fixed compensation and Rs. 10 lakhs of variable component paid on completion of 3 yrs with the firm
When will I join the firm if I am shortlisted?
There will be two batches which will join on the following dates
· 1st April 2017
· 1st May 2017
