Title Resources Group is currently seeking a Production Title Specialist who will be responsible for:
- Validating information passed to TRG proprietary system to open orders and enter data into the system,
- Generating title commitments to ensure each document is accurate and consistent with the current information reflected in the public land records (the abstract)
- Responsible for the overall of creating a title report or title commitment
- Ability to manage work queues and meet customer service level agreements
Minimum Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of two years of Title Examining/Curative or policy commitment experience required
- The ability to read and interpret real estate documents, legal proceedings, maps and surveys required.
- Candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with customers, lenders, peers, underwriting staff and vendors.
- Attention to detail combined with analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to make insurability decisions and translate title insurance guidelines.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
